Chris Jacks was a cofounder of A.R.T., Inc. in 1982 soon after returning to Miami from a stint in San Francisco as an audio recording engineer.

He has a music engineering degree with a minor in electrical engineering from the University of Miami.

He is a devoted husband and father with four kids who are all smarter than he is. Chris writes songs and now records music as a hobby thanks to the wonders of computer recording with the best of all computers, a macintosh.
